Joe Potts is a seminal figure in Noise Music history. He is a founding  
member of the Los Angeles Free Music Society, which generated  
international notoriety and help put LA on the Noise Music map  
starting in the late 1970’s. Potts is a multi instrumentalist as well  
as a visual artist. His contributions as a generator of sound  
collaborations in the DIY vein have been documented i.e. Airway (LACE  
performance) and have inspired generations of experimental sound  
artists.

EAR MEAL: Every Wednesday night at 9:30 PM Pacific Time, for a half  
hour, Ear Meal will offer a little slice of live experimental sound  
from the neighborhoods of Los Angeles .
